Weird noise from GPU

There is a weird noise coming from the GPU while running furmark. Doesnt happen in heaven benchmark. I am very tired because it is almost 6 in the morning and I haven't slept. (Video short because of 20 MB file limit) if you need more detail, I can give more detail

I think thats coil whine, its a little hard to hear with that audio though.

You are listening to the on and off beeping like noise right? And it hasn't happened up until now

I'm going to restart my pc. I know it might not do anything but it is worth I try

If its a hardware issue it wont do anything, maybe a fan or hdd going bad but like I said its hard to hear with that audio.

Restarted it, booted up furmark, it did it for a sec and disappeared, and never came back
