Why can't I hear them?

I need help whenever i use my buds pro 2 woth my pc i can't hear anything when I wear the earbud tips on. But when I put my buds live I can them perfectly and can still hear when I wear my skull candy headphones. So it's not my hearing that's the issue. Is there any solution I can do?

Try disabling the headset device for the earbuds under Playback and Recording in the sound control panel. Leave the Headphones device enabled. And make sure the default playback device is set to them as well.
