Unsure if this is my problem or not but noticed this after trying to figure out why my pc wasn’t turning on with no signs of power, worked perfectly fine the other day until I switch my components to a different case. Photos are a bit blurry running off 3 hours of sleep trying to fix this

Mobo is a MSI Z490-A Pro

Yep - That looks like the culprit.
The pin has been pushed out of it's spot and broken the connection it should have
If you know how to solder and have the equip to do it, just push it back in place, solder it from the backside of the board and it should be OK.

Just don't use too much heat (No more than 400f/204c) so the plastic bracket on the front doesn't melt. If you have to because you can't just push it back in, you could heat the pin with a soldering pen and then push it back in while it's hot, apply a spot of solder while using a thin coating of flux on the pin and where it connects to - Done.

Thank you! Currently looking for a place to solder it for me not confident enough to do it on something so small.

That's an easy fix but that's how it needs to be done.
If it was me I could fix that in about a minute TBH but I understand not everyone has the same skills with soldering.
In any case find someone that will get it done correctly and that should do it.
Good luck!
