So on Facebook marketplace i found a gtx 1080 turbo (the one with the blower)

For 150€ and after some time he dropped it down to 130€ 

Is this card worth buying?

That's less than GTX 1080s have been selling for on eBay in Germany.

 

What country are you in, and what GPU do you have now?

On the high end, especially for a blower design. Used Vegas 64's, 5600XT's go for that price or cheaper, whilst 1080TI's and 5700XT's go for around 150eur. 130eur is more fair but again, blower design... 😬

Its for my second pc that now has a rx 570 8gb

Yes but at that point just buy a better card instead of spending money for a better cooler

You can try removing the fans and the shroud, leaving only the heatsink on the card, then strap some case fans on the heatsink. Look up "GPU deshrouding" and also lookup the dimensions of the card you want to buy.
