I need help setting up my new work and play 'station'

Hi all,
I am planning a major upgrade to my personal office space and need some help figuring out the logistics. I am not sure if I need a KVM or just a usb hub with switching capabilities
Main monitor - NEC Multisync EA275WMi
New monitor - LG UltraGear 27GR95QE-B
Main PC equipped with RTX 2070 (gigabyte)
New Work Laptop - ASUS ZenBook 14X
Peripherals -
Corsair Strafe + Katar working with passthrough (might upgrade to a Harpoon for wireless comfort)
Steelseries Arctis 1 Wireless working with usb-a -> usb-c dongle

I thought I would be able to daisychain my NEC to my LG, but I can only do that over Displayport.
My PC has 1 HDMI port and 3 DP ports, the laptop has 2 Thunderbolt-4 ports and 1 HDMI 2.1 port. So how do I get output from both machines to both monitors? Will I just need 2 cables from each machine to the monitors? Will a KVM help me here or do I just need a KM switch to manage my peripherals? Do I forget about using HDMI on my laptop and buy DP adapters so that I can use a DP KVM?

HELP!

I believe Thunderbolt 4 is directly compatible with Display Port. You just need to get the appropriate cable.

80+ ratings certify electrical efficiency. Not quality.
