I have a question that needs answering Logic based.

 

I need to make a circuit that has 3 inputs (A.B,C) and 1 output

It can only use 3 gates ,Nand only Doesnt matter how many the inputs the nand has. 

 

Output is high when:

A and B are high or

C is high

Only b is high

 

Calculated a truth table for it but cant make the circuit. Can anyone help me?

Either of them will work, but the 2nd is kinda cheating because you should OR the output.

I know the 1st uses 4 gates, but you can't do it like that with 3 NAND gates (unless I'm missing something)

Cheers man  will check tomorrow to see if it works :) .Can do jk flip flops and 8 bit counters just couldn't get my head round this thanks :)

By the way, while you said it needs to react to B on its own, if either A or C are pressed as well as B, it will go high anyway so it doesn't matter.
