I prefer logitech for mice and razer for keyboards personally. I mostly like razer keyboards because they have a nice wrist rest which was super helpful in helping it heal and not reinjure it.

Budget we need numbers "mid" and "high" have very different meanings for different people. For both together, or separate?

Region is also important, certain retailers brands etc. are more/less expensive in different parts of the world.

 

desired features: size of the keyboard, language, wireless (2.4GHz or Bluetooth ok?), how many buttons on the mouse, or weight issues etc.
