BSOD kernel security check failure while gaming

so i have some older games installed on my 1tb HDD 
eg
saints row 2
crysis 1/2 not remastered
oddworld munch's oddysee
and some others

but in the last  week if i play any of then they after lets say 1 - 10mins game will freeze have to reboot pc
but today i got BSOD  kernel security check failure

i used CrystalDiskInfo and it told me hdd is good and i tested for errors and bad sectors and it came back fine

so what causes this playing games off my ssd is fine

caused by outdated or corrupted drivers, corrupted registry files, viruses, or faulty Windows updates. The error can be fixed by updating your drivers, running the PC in safe mode, checking the disk for errors, re-setting Windows, or reinstalling the Windows OS.

that obviously sounds like hard-drive error,  id still check the memory,  if that turns out fine its probably the hdd.

 

also sfc/scannow for system errors
