Are the speeds displayed in the image normal for an NVMe drive on PCIe 3.0?

Pc specs :

Gigabyte b450 gaming X

AMD Ryzen 5 3600

Kingston HyperX FURY DDR4 16gb (8gbx2) (with RGB) at 3200mhz with XMP profile 1 enabled

MSI RX 6600XT 8gb

Bitfenix formula gold 550w

Kingston fury renegade 2tb Nvme SSD

Sata SSD Kioxia 480gb

No, he needs to drop a 5800x3d or 5600x3d on that thing first!

When I feel the need to change to the AM5 platform, I think I'll be good for now. I mainly use my PC for browsing the internet and gaming. At least I have the NVMe drive for the future. I only bought a PCIe 4.0 drive because the prices for PCIe 3.0 drives are almost the same, especially when it comes to NVMe drives with DRAM
