Help with WiFi Drivers?

I recently built a new computer with a Gigabyte B550 Aorus Elite AX V2 motherboard and an am4 5600x CPU. I tried to install the drivers on the gigabyte support page with a USB, but when I ran the files in the new computer, nothing happened. No new drivers showed up on device manager, even though I ran the setup many times. The motherboard has wifi, and I attached the WiFi screws to the motherboard but nothing is working. Am I looking in the wrong place?

So the WIFI antenna is plugged in?

Yeah it's screwed in and the WiFi works everywhere else.

It may not be a relevant info, but some hardware drivers won't install unless you catch up with all Windows updates before. It is also the case for AMD software.

 I can't do any windows updates because I'm not connected to the internet. I tried installing the AMD chip drivers but it's still not working.
