Just a first stab at it. I would potentially wait for the new AMD midrange to come out because AMD preforms better in cod if that is what you mainly play.

U could get a crucial nv2 2tb for less cost but less speed

Its not out yet. Read the links.

With GTA and Fortnite in mind you really pretty much want to have cache size advantage with preference on Nvidia card if possible. This is something id consider for 1080p.

Video Card: Zotac Twin Edge OC GeForce RTX 4070 12 GB Video Card  ($599.99 @ Newegg)
Case: Asus Prime AP201 MicroATX Mini Tower Case  ($69.98 @ Amazon)
Power Supply: Cooler Master MWE Gold 850 - V2 850 W 80+ Gold Certified Fully Modular ATX Power Supply  ($79.99 @ B&H)

And yeah, I highly recommend looking at how the price of 4070 will develop over this week. 7800XT might force Nvidia hands to actually sell it at a good price.

Bump yourself to Lancool 216 as @Why_Me suggests. There's Pop Air and Focus 2 ARGB for 89.99 but yeah. 10$ more and you get one of the best air flowing case out in the market right now that can do both aircooling and CPU AIO. The only way up from here would be Fractal's flagship, the Torrent.
