With GTA and Fortnite in mind you really pretty much want to have cache size advantage with preference on Nvidia card if possible. This is something id consider for 1080p.

Bump yourself to Lancool 216 as @Why_Me suggests. There's Pop Air and Focus 2 ARGB for 89.99 but yeah. 10$ more and you get one of the best air flowing case out in the market right now that can do both aircooling and CPU AIO. The only way up from here would be Fractal's flagship, the Torrent.

The cpu comes with a cooler. It's one of the reasons why I chose it because you can save money on the cooler and have th savings go to other parts if the build.
