AM5 build will not post. CPU and DRAM error

I am building a new AM5 PC. When the 8 pin power at the top of the motherboard is not plugged in, I get lights and fans, but no output with the errors above. When it is plugged in however, only the motherboard shows light and power button doesn't work. 

 

I've tried two different CPUs, a 7900 and a 7900x, and I've tried each dimm slot with each memory stick. Nothing...

 

I've been at this for a good day now and am at a lost. The last thing I'd want is to reorder parts as they weren't all ordered recently.

Any suggestions please!

If you can update the bios try it first maybe it fixes the issue

 

If not then try with a bare bone system (maybe strip it out of the case cuz sometimes the motherboard can get shorted by a standoff or screw of the case) just the psu, motherboard, cpu and 1 stick of ram, all new Ryzen cpus has integrated graphics so plug in the dp/hdmi cable to the motherboard header and see what happens
