seems good but a few questions

Do you need the wifi adapter?

Are you sure those are the peripherals you want?

You may be overpaying on the case

60000 Rupees (about 1000 Dollars)

EVERY SINGLE TIME I think that someone mentioning rupees is making a Zelda joke. I'm pretty sure I'm public enemy #1 in India for being slightly insensitive.

Are you sure you want a TN? They don't have very good contrast.

60000 Rupees (about 1000 Dollars)

H440 is priced over 10000RS... or 165-180$ whereas it should be around 120$

Yes you can OC reasonably with a Hyper 212 EVO

If you could get a Cooler Master Case such as N400... you could go up to an FX8320

I am not sure about digisol ~ go with a netgear/ TP link/ Intel WiFi adapter.

You could potentially go with a lower cost case, and upgrade a few other things... unless you have your heart set on that case.

Build: CPU: Intel Core i5 4690k | CPU Cooler: Hyper 212 Evo | Motherboard: MSI Z97 Gaming 5 | RAM: 8GB G-Skill Ares 1600Mhz CL9 | Storage: 120GB Samsung 840 Evo + WD Blue 1TB 64MB Cache + Seagate Barracuda 2TB 64MB Cache | GPU: MSI GTX 960 | Case: Cooler Master Storm Enforcer | Power Supply: EVGA 600B Non-Modular |

That's okay ~ but a Cooler Master N400 is just 3450RS... you can upgrade your CPU and GPU with another 4000 RS... and it seems you have not added the price of an original windows 8.1 64bit in your budget.

What Do you mean by TN ?

There are two different kinds of monitor panels.

TN sometimes has higher refresh rates, but they have bad contrast, which means that they don't have good color.

IPS is the other kind, and usually doesn't have high refresh rates, but has MUCH better color.

Unless you're a pro gamer, people usually prefer IPS by a long-shot (including our overlord Linus)

60000 Rupees (about 1000 Dollars)

This is going to be a little out of order, but here goes:

CPU:  FX8320 10,811

Motherboard: Asus M5A97  7,550

GPU:  Asus R9 280X  23,699

Power Supply: Corsair CX600 4,230

SSD:  120GB Kingston V300 5,299

HDD: 1TB Seagate 3,915

CPU Cooler:  Hyper 212 EVO 2,515

Case:  Antec V1     2,699

Here is a nice IPS Panel Monitor that I found:  Aoc 21.5" IPS Full HD Monitor 8,350

69,000 or so just using my head.

This is 9,000 Rs. over budget, you could probably save an additional 3,000 Rs. if you buy a CPU + motherboard bundle, they are all currently out of stock right now though.
