Games crashing pc starts stuttering

I got an ROG STRIX Z790-F GAMING WIFI with an i9-13900k,  samsung ssd 980 pro, DDR5 32GB and a dark rock 4 pro cooler. I have 2 entry and one exit fan. Since february i started having issues with one game crashing all the time(mw2) but everything else was fine. Now all game are crashing like every two hours. The onlything i changed is reapplying thermalpaste and thightening some screws at the cpu plate( for better heat transfer). The temperature went down by like 5 degrees from that. I dont understand what could cause my games to crash. My pc started to stutter aswell today. I have disabled auto tweaking but that didnt help at all. All driver are up to date and memtest didnt show any errors either. I hope someone can help me

You said the temperatures are lowered by 5 degrees? Are you sure it is temperature causing you to crash? Maybe you need a fresh windows install? Maybe one or more of your parts are going bad?

Did you make sure you took the sticker off of the heatsink? You may want to tweak your fan speeds or even add more.
