It doesn't really matter. 

Corps aren't your friends. "Bottleneck calculators" are BS. Only suckers buy based on brand. It's your PC, do what makes you happy.  If your build meets your needs, you don't need anyone else to "rate" it for you. And talking about being part of a "master race" is cringe. Watch this space for further truths people need to hear.

They will perform basically identically.  A 100mhz difference in boost clock is not really that much and due to boosting tech they should boost pretty similar anyways.
I have an RTX 4080 that runs stock at 2775mhz but I overclocked it to 3015mhz and +1600mhz on the memory and I gained 7-10fps average in games.
Its a 4080 sure but the same would apply to AMD's cards as well in terms of performance.

Go with the one you like the most, you won't notice ANY difference between these cards 🙂

All of the 3x8 pin AIB 7900 XTXs perform within margin of error of each other (with the exception of the Aqua, but that's because it has a signficantly higher power limit), so these cards are going to be practically identical. You should just buy based off either which is cheaper or you think would look better in your system, not which is "better."

Lowest price and/or which one is prettier to you. Asrock's consumer side has been on a hot streak lately with price cuts, likely compromising profits for market share.
