your talking about the pci power cables right? if so, afaik those need to be connected to run the card, confused as to why you would try without them? I'm not familiar with this exact card, so i don't know if the green lines usually show up without pci power(seems odd, but idk)? if not, i would be thinking vram issue. did this issue just start? or did you just obtain the card?

The pci-e cable connected to it would resolve the distortion. Otherwise, i would think the card is dead if the error persists.

I wanted to see if it would run for safety of my psu but I will try plugging in the pcie cables
