How to clone a ISO CD

Mods, please let me know if this isn't allowed. IK piracy isnt allowed but I have a retail disk.

I have a physical copy of Windows XP home and I would like to rip it and end up with a .iso file.

Whats the best way to do this?

Thanks

I use BurnAwareFree, a tool can rip to ISO as well as help create a CD/DVD/Bluray if needed.

There should be something called dd for windows now, but it'd probably be easier to do something like wsl instead
