GPU and PSU UPGRADE

Budget (including currency): $320 on GPU and less than $80 on PSU

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for:  mostly triple a games and some VR gameplays  

Current Config: Rzyen 5 5600X, Asrock B450 Pro4, 32GB DDR4 Corsair Vengeance, 500W PSU, RX 570

Wanting to upgrade GPU in my current build, and currently debating between an RX 7600 XT and a 3060 12GB, would be down to other suggestions.

Also would like to upgrade PSU
