FPS Drops

I am getting FPS drops in Videos/games till 8 fps and everthing stutters

 

My build:

 

i7 4770k

Asus GTX 760 DC2OC

ASUS Maximus VI Formula

Corsair vengeance 8gb

Wd caviar green 500gb

samsung 840 pro ssd 256gb

mmm, something s wrong !check your settings in terms of clock speed, see if you have by mistake limited the FPS or something

fresh install of graphics drivers wouldn't help too. If it doesn't work you can remove it from potential causes.

I have win 8.1 , i have the latest drivers installed , i had overclocked my graphics card. I have benchmarked it and everything was running fine,is that the problem?

maybe thermal paste must be replaced

I have found out that the gpu usage,temp,voltage spikes when fps drops. I have Geforce 337.50 driver running
