hdd potentially dead?

so yesterday i had some power outages, and after the 2nd one my pc doesnt detect my hard drive. tried replugging the cables, all of them are fine, disk management doesnt recognize it either, nor does the bios to my knowledge. think the power outages mightve just killed it or is it hopefully something fixable?
