Moniter for LAN build

So i am making a LAN machine and i need a small monitor like this:

Although $250 is a bit much. What would you guys recommend? I need a Nice ~15" monitor it can be like the one above, or a regular one. AS CHEAP AS POSSIBLE! i don't need 1080p, 720p is just fine.

VGA only but with proper adapters it could be managed and plus it's a LAN monitor so likely a back up or one you use once a month at lan parties...
