Looking for a good cooling system.

DB2023

So, temps here in Florida are rough, and coming with little air conditioning, the room tends to get on the hot and humid side.  I am dealing with the humidity, but I am wanting to find something that can cool my I7-12700F really good...  Temps reach near 200 degrees F. when I am running Minecraft with mods.  I do not like that.  what would you all recommend? Currently I have this in my computer,

850W ATX 80 Plus Gold

CM MasterLiquid ML240L
4x CM MasterFans RGB
Cooler Master TD500 RGB
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4080 16GB
1TB NVMe M.2
16GB DDR4 Dual Channel
ASUS B760 D4 Series | Intel
Intel Core i7-12700F 12-Core

Any recommendations would be grateful.

The CM MasterLiquid ML240L is average at best ( I owned one myself ). You could try to increase the pump speed to 100% and increase the fan speed?   A 280mm AIO should do the job better and some better thermal paste.
Is your current radiator set as intake or exhaust?
And please use celcius when talking about temperatures in PC. This is the standard, even in the land of freedom units.

The Thermalright Peerless Assassin is doing wonders for my 12700 if air cooling is ok with you.

I'd even say that the peerless Assassin beats the MasterLiquid ML240L that he currently uses.

Well it depends on if you're gonna upgrade the system or not. If you are then I'd recommend the LT720 - DeepCool, which is nice since it doesn't use an Asetek design. If you're not thinking about an upgrade then maybe something aircooled or a smaller rad, LT520 - DeepCool.

Do you have A/C? If not, do you have temps and humidity like Florida?

I gather you can't use a larger AIO? What's the cooler clearance for an air cooler?

I've been using computers since around 1978, started learning programming in 1980 on Apple IIs, started learning about hardware in 1990, ran a BBS from 1990-95, built my first Windows PC around 2000, taught myself malware removal starting in 2005 (also learned on Bleeping Computer), learned web dev starting in 2017, and I think I can fill a thimble with all that knowledge. 😉 I'm not an expert, which is why I keep investigating the answers that others give to try and improve my knowledge, so feel free to double-check the advice I give.

My phone's auto-correct is named Otto Rong.🤪😂

What speed is the pump and fan running at under load? Where is the rad mounted and in what orientation are the fans mounted?

Are you using default motherboard settings?
