Gigabyte freeze screen

First my pc was fine but I plugged an usb in wrong and then it shut off I started it up and now I’m stuck on this screen and when I press on my keyboard nothing happens and it is powered because I see it because of the light

does f12 do nothing? Should bring you the boot menu of how to boot? if that doesnt work take the battery off the motherboard for 10 minutes and then reboot

And please explain more what "plugged in wrong" means. Be more specific!
As for now the motherboard looks toast.
The red thingy's on top should not be there either.

Must have tripped an overcurrent protection or caused a short-circuit.

Most likely, all your USB ports are non-functional now and you'll need another way to plug a keyboard or mouse (Bluetooth ?)
