Better try OLX and look for something 2nd hand. €500 is nowhere near enough to build any coherent system. I would look for used fully build rigs with Ryzen 3600/3700 and GTX 1070/1080.

Yeah, i pretty much came up with the same rig, but it's just not worth it when you can get this Ryzen 5600X + 6700XT for 3600 RON (€728) and i bet the seller will come down even further than that if you personally go there cash in hand.

Here at the Balkans we have quite good 2nd hand market actually. If OP lives near the border with Bulgaria, he can jump over here and get a rig with RX 6800 for about €650. And if he is willing to purchase the parts separately, he can certainly fit within the €500 budget. RX 6800 (non-XT) models can be fund for as low as €275 in amazing condition and with few more remaining months of warranty. I know i sold my Ryzen 5600X WITH a standard Wraith Stealth cooler for €150 a year ago, so it's now even cheaper. There are some good 650W PSUs going for €20. The only thing that is actually a bit harder to come by on the 2nd hand market are modern motherboards, because sellers like to bundle them with the CPU and memory.

If you shop carefully, there is very little risk. Look for sellers with good reputation and nice reviews. Over here when you buy a whole rig most sellers not will let you test it, but even would include already preinstalled furmark and cinebench so you can fit into the 15 minute testing window of the courier.
