No keyboard/mouse following package update

Hello, I've been using Debian/Devuan Testing for about the last 2 years without issue.

Recently though, when I go to update/upgrade my system, upon reboot I'm unable to move the mouse or type anything on the login prompt, all peripheral input seems to be cut off.

I'm using the X Windowing system and SDDM for my login screen, but it's done it without the login screen on the desktop and on different display managers such as LightDM. I've been using Timeshift to restore my system post-update and I've confirmed it's one of the packages in this batch of updates, though I can't be sure as to which one.

Normally, one would post this type of issue on their distributions forums, but I've had posts on both the Dev1 Galaxy forums and the main Debian forums with no answers for about a day. I really want to get this resolved for update purposes.

The following is the packages that get updated and one if not more is causing this issue.

I know it's Debian/Devuan Testing, but again I've been on this branch for the last two years without issue and I just moved to Excalibur/Ceres after a big update.

Using a different kernel doesn't matter, this issue only happens after this batch of updates/upgrades.

My system specs:

okkvltisch@supreme-overlord

As of now, I'm taking a week off from system updates in hopes this gets picked up and fixed, I'll continue to maintain my system backups in case it doesn't. Overall, I just wanted to post this here to let the community know, and possibly get an idea on which package is causing this so I can prevent it from upgrading alongside everything else.

I appreciate any help.

Thanks.
