Racing Wheel for PC

I want to get a racing wheel for both racing games and simulator games such as Euro Truck Simulator.  

 

I ideally don't want to spend more than $75-$100. Cheaper is better as long as it has good ratings and gets what I want done. Speaking of which, this is what I want 

  • Desk Clamp (not required, but HIGHLY preferred) My desk is about 1.5 inches thick (3.81 centimeters) 
  • Racing wheel as well as gas and break pedals for the floor

What I don't care about:

  • Manual gear shifters

If something inside my price range doesn't exist, please tell me what the cheapest alternative is for my wants..

P.S; I wasn't sure if this should go here or in PC Gaming or some where else, but meh, if it belongs some where else I'm sure mods will move it :D

That looks like an Xbox 360 wheel. And, it looks wireless... EW! I will edit my OP to say no wireless :D

That doesn't clamp to the desk, it has a huge pole that comes out of it

In that price range they are all terrible. You wouldnt even be able to get a second hand one for around $100 that was in any way good.

 

You may as well just get one of the cheap thrustmaster or logitech ones.
