PC is not booting

I was watching videos then it gave me a blue screen and Said kernel security check failure them shut downed it tried to boot itself then failed tried then failed and I off his plug then plugged cable but it didn't even boot into the bios

Pc specs ?
Recent hardware changes ? (Any little thigns count.)
Recent software changes ?
Windows updates ?
Drivers ?
Did it happen multiple times or just once ?
If happened multiple times, did you notice a specific trigger ?
Did you try to resolv it ? If yes, what are your troubleshooting steps ?

All I can say with some certainty is you have a hardware failure because it won’t go into bios. First suspects are disk, ram, mobo, psu.

 

I would start by taking everything off the motherboard except cpu, 1 stick of ram, and power. If that boots to bios, start adding components one at a time until you run across the failure again.
