Using RM750x 2021 cables on a 2018 model power supply?

Same cables, you're good. The only meaningful difference between the 2018 and 2021 model is that the 2021 model is louder, due to a worse, more gimmicky mAgNeTiC lEvItAtIoN fan. So enjoy the upgrade to the 2018 model.

I think they use basically the same cables, with the newer ones being easier to cable manage because of more wire between the capacitors and the connectors. I already have an RM750x 2021 hooked up w/ its cables but if possible I would like to just swap the 'brick' out to a 2018 one I have on hand. Is this a good idea?
