Can I use stock AMD cooler's fan in the case?

My stock AMD CPU cooler was doing a crap job in this summer heat so I bought a tower aircooler based on recommendation here.

 

My question is is the fan on AMD cooler usable as a case fan? Can I just connect it to another fan header on the mobo?

 

I know fans are cheap and stuff and I wanna do it just for the heck of it.

Sure. That would work, quite ghetto but yes
Seen people use the AMD stock CPU cooler as case exhaust before.
Just plug it into a different header than CPU_FAN

It's way smaller than a regular 120 or 140 mm case fan but sure if you can mount it's usable
