GTX2080 brings me to BIOS only

I don't know if anyone has experienced this before, but I have a 2080 in my system now and when starting it up and I land in the BIOS but no harddisks detected at all. When I switch the 2080 with the onboard card, I can boot up  from my harddisks, into my system.

Did anyone experienced this before?

Is this a new computer or os? Or has it worked in the past and you made no software changes?

What card did you use previously, if any? What power supply do you have, and what wattage is it rated for?
