Well then listen to a reference 7970 its the loudest ive heard so far in real life that is

Its a 7950 with a 7970 reference cooler, so yeah, its the loudest thing in my case......

Of course it was loud it was set to 100% fan speed. EVERY GPU is loud on 100% fan speed. Video Uploader commented "in IDLE the card is very silent. much more silent than a nvidia gtx 260/285 !"

Even my 7950 is jet engine loud@100% fan speed, but it never went past 55% even on max overclock.

i had a amd sapphire 5000 series card, don't remember exactly which one .. that thing was loud as fuck, and kept overheating it was terrible. At some point i got so pissed that i punched the top of my pc .. so the plastic shroud aka cooler on the graphics card loosened and i ended up taping it back on.... got to say that didn't exactly make the situation any better.
