I get

Can't you see who sent it to you?  Dont click stuff like this without being 100% sure.

go trough office.com (manually browse there in your browser), and reset your password. verify that there's no odd stuff in your MFA devices either.

 

also - if you get this as an E-mail, that's 99.9% certain to be a phishing attempt.

Unless you were expecting a password reset link, I would not click on anything in these security notice emails. In all likelihood is was a phishing attempt you fell for.

It is a pop up in outlook whenever I hit send for a email.
