Full context menu looks incorrect

Go to solution Solved by GoodBytes,

Looks like you are using High Contrast mode, for accessibility purposes. Go to Settings, Personalize, pick a different style or default, it should get you out of it. Else, see Accessibility options.

When I right click in the file explorer the context menu isn't consistent with how it's supposed to look in Windows 11. Any idea what might be causing this? I couldn't find any setting for this in either Winaero Tweaker or PowerToys.
