again this was done purely for fun.

this method lf testing have alot of flaws, but it can show you basic idea of differences between LCD, OLED,mini LED displays.

if you think this pic is worthless its fine, it probably is.

if you think there is better way to test it sure, do it and share it, i would love too see.

These pictures are worthless you know.
Your camera would've had to capture them correctly, and then the color profile of the picture container would have to be correct, and then people on this site would have to have be viewing these on an HDR-enabled monitor... among other complicated things.

It's the same reason why every YouTube video and advertisement has a disclaimer about how the HDR image you seen in the video is not indicative of real life. Or an equally silly thing: doing an audio test of audiophile speakers on a YouTube video and then playing them through your own speakers.

I’ve not bothered to check if there is metadata in the pictures.

But unless you have a fixed focal length, exposure time and focus used in all pictures, these pictures say nothing.

Don’t know about the s22, but on most smart phones this is doable but fiddly and most people do not mess around with this stuff on a point-and-shoot camera in a phone.

EDIT:// Sorry bad translation of camera terms between languages when I say focal length I mean what is commonly known as apature

What me and @saintlouisbagels comment on is not that it’s unprofessional. What we are saying is that unless you have control of the parameters it is useless.

which is why i set my title unprofessional.

i just happened to have all 4 devices, and just want to try hdr on it.

no offense i know this is done wrong way but as far as i can see from pic and real world, this was not that far off from actual result.
