Asus Z10pe-d16 ws fan control - please help

Hello,

Ive had this build for quite some time and Im not able to upgrade (working with what I have)

Ive gotten into hardware monitoring and trying to make my rig as efficient as it can be.

Ive used several hardware monitors , NZXT, HWinfo, Speedfan etc

and the temps are weird, my CPUs are running within parameters idle and at load but across all monitor programs my SystIN is over 100 deg celcius.

also Ive had an issue controling the fans through the bios, the reads are between 300-800 fan speed at load and this seems way too low as Ive seen workstation fans in the thousands but can seem to get my fans to ramp up when the temps get hot and seemingly no way to control it.

asus Z10pe-d16 ws

64 gb ram 2400

dual gtx 1080s

dual xeon E5-2640 v4 processor

CPU coolers x2 noctua 14s (i believe)

case Phantek enthoo pro
x2 noctua bottom case fans

x2 noctua ceiling case fans

x1 giant front panel phantek case fan

x1 phantek rear case fan 15

all front and bottom case fans are blowing into the case

all top and rear case fans are blowing out of the case

but I cant get the fans to throttle up at all.

Ill gladly post the HW monitor log when I get a chance

but if anyone has thoughts?

Ive also noticed a new development of one of my ssds is not noticed by bios on boot occassionally and the audio through my focusrite is becoming garbled and having digital crunchy dropouts sometimes.

I know Im due for an upgrade

So I was able to adjust the fans in the bios finally but there seems to be limited control.

auto seems to run things as idle as possible and no matter what the temps they dont seem to speed up

usually around 300-500 rpm

I put them at high setting and that yielded 500-800 rpm

then I put them at full speed

the reading says they are running at 1200-1500 rpm depending on the fan buuuuut.

the hwinfo readings are still the same as if the fans arent going any faster....Im at a loss here

posting the txt file
