Dedicated or Integrated GPU for clipping?

I currently use a program called Medal.tv for taking clips, works just fine. However, I recently upgraded to a Ryzen 7900X and it has integrated graphics. I wanted to get some opinions whether I should set medal to using the radeon or my nvidia GPU for clipping games.

Give it a try if the software support HEVC on the Radeon iGPU, don't bother if it only support H264/AVC.
