Dennis' recent contributions to graphical LMG sponsored content probably adds business value to segments, but I say his true talents are being wasted!

Wasted I say!

Dennis belongs in front of a camera and perhaps trapped (or living) in someone's attic, trunk, or garden shed.

I'd like to see more camera time for this quirky little genius! He is the one personality in Linus' team that is innocently funny. I don't understand the datametrics or the financial cash-money logistics of Channel Super Fun, but every episode has been pure goofy enjoyment--it even got my wife interested in the Linusverse.

Dennis' unique graphic creativity inserted into LTT sponsored segments or Linus-poking edits are amusing, but their value could be diminished on viewers who don't know Dennis: the video personality. I'd rather watch Dennis awkwardly, but earnestly interview a tech celebrity than see any more poking-fun-at-Linus memes. I would enjoy watching Dennis unbox a bag of bbq pork sticky buns from T&T.

Riley might be shinier than a Ridge wallet polished with a Dremel, but Dennis is an uncut diamond stashed away in a purple velvet Crown Royal bag with the other marbles.

Isn't it interesting that you hire someone to be camera operator and editor, with education for it. Yet their value as dedicated cameraperson/editor for TechLinked (and early Mac Address) isn't the role they are praised for? But something where they are reckless and spend money instead? Which, in turn, lands them another job as making ad spots.

I dunno. That degree of janky needs to be consumed in moderate amounts, preferably with someone to look after you. I get dizzy from the sharp turns and strange streams of conciousness.

That said, I like him and it wouldn't be the same without him

mITX is awesome! I regret nothing (apart from when picking parts or have to do maintainance *cough*cough*)

I think the style of videos Dennis does is better suited as a sponsor spot. Its like a funny bit on a late night talk show. You are glad its there, its funny for the portion its on but you are glad its not the whole show.

I know there are channels out there that show this type of video style, but I don't think that is LTT core audieance.

Glad you like Dennis, and hope you take some solecy in seeing his influance once and a while.

I fully agree.

Also, Dennis content is best served in small bits, a full 15 minutes of his special insanity would be a bit much, I could see myself clicking off after about 4-5 minutes.

I think he worked towards his perfect job. He makes sponsor spots more enjoyable to watch for the viewer and a 15 minute video with the same humor is just annoying to me. (Which is why i don't watch Channel Super Fun)

If someone did not use reason to reach their conclusion in the first place, you cannot use reason to convince them otherwise.
