PC crash after i start using DAC

it fixed already, somehow the dac will only work on my native usb 2.0(mobo)

 

its not working with my usb 2.0 hub, usb 3.0(mobo) :huh:

i recently just bought a DAC, if i connect to any of my usb everything is fine

when i play any audio i will go on for 2 second and my pc will crash, any help?

First step is to try disable the onboard audio first, through the control panel > sounds > playback devices. Right click onboard (and any other devices you're not using) and choose disable. If that's not working, go to device manager, find the onboard audio device, and disable it. If not working again, disable it through BIOS. If not working again, maybe faulty USB ports, or maybe even the DAC itself.....

What dac is this?

My personal rig - 4790k 4.8Ghz, Asus Z97 Pro (wi-fi ac), Corsair Dominator Plat 4x8GB, SLI GTX 1080 TI FE, Samsung 850 Evo 1TB, Crucial MX100 512GB, EVGA G3 1000W, and cooled by a hardline liquid cooling loop.
