Want to turn on 4070 geforce RTX logo lighting

i recently built a system with a 4070 founders in it, but the geforce RTX logo isnt lit up. does anyone know a way to turn it on like driver updates or a software? i tried icue but it doesnt show up in there.

I think you can change it in GEFORCE EXPERIENCE for the founders edition cards.

There are no lights in the logo to turn on.

Only the high end cards have lights in the founders edition
