Hello everyone!

I have a dell XPS 13 9305 laptop, and last week, my Wifi disappeared from my computer. So, I updated the drivers, reset my network settings, and uninstalled and reinstalled all new and old drivers (installed drivers from both dell and intel's website), resetting my PC and removed all my files on it but nothing worked. I cannot see my Network adapter in Device manager when this happens (as shown in the picture). Hard shut down also doesn't work, laptop has to be powered off for at least 6 hours which is weird.

I have to keep my laptop shut down for at least 6 hours for windows to recognize that something is wrong, and then it installs the drivers and all and my WIFI works for 11-23 hours before it disappears again. I checked in device manager to see what's wrong and in event logs windows does some migration before Wifi disappears.

I was hoping if someone could point me in the right direction. I am down for any solution possible. Network card is Inter R - Killer Wifi 6 1650W if anyone's wondering.

THANK YOU!

  1. Check for any pending Windows Updates and apply.
  2. What is under 'Other Devices' that needs addressing?
  3. Try temporarily disabling the Killer software.

@Falcon1986

I already checked for windows update

Just my Bluetooth drivers in other devices section

I tried disabling killer software first, and then uninstalling it completely, nothing worked

I have attached a SS of when it is working after the shut down session. As you can see, it does something with driver migration and is now working without Killer application.

Thanks a bunch !
