How can I run SD on an AMD card (W10)?

Well, I've upgraded my 3080  to a 7900XTX, and while it's usually faster, it just don't work with most Stable Diffusion software (that rely on CUDA cores duh)...

I used Easy Diffusion, don't work at all, and from what I've read it's a pain in the butt to install anything working with AMD cards, like Automatic1111 or such (tons of scripts and stuff to run)

Any tips /links to something easy to install ?

Interesting, but it needs AMD Pro drivers, not sure I want to use them...

I found this fork of Auto111 that runs on DirectML and therefore can be used with an AMD card on Windows. Never used it myself (I have a GTX1070, I can use regular Auto111 straight away), but it might be worth a try. Heard it is a bit slower than using the regular Auto111 with NVIDIA cards though...
