gaming headset Looking for a gaming headset

I am looking for a gaming headset with these specs for about 160 euros or 170 dollars:

>2.4GHz Wireless, 3.5mm, Bluetooth (optional)

>Passive noise reduction

>Active noise cancelation

>Surround sound

>Good battery life or could be used while charging

I'm not a fan of gaming headset's, but for everything you listed; my bread and butter of "audiophile" grade headphones isn't going to cut it.

 

I do however think it'll be a big ask for ANC (active noise cancelling) at that budget if at all.  I'm not aware of gaming headsets that offer it.
