is it worth undervolting an i3 10105F?

so my new board arrived today (asrock h470m-hdv) as im upgrading to 10th gen, my cpu will arrive in just couple of days, is it worth undervolting this processor and i wonder considering it's an H-series board would it even allow me to touch the cpu voltage at first place?

As long as its not going to be hitting turbo boost threshold (IIRC its something like 95c on 10th gen). So no, FYI, you should probably get the parts before you decide what you are going to do with them.

for lower temps although i know it will be cool like a cucumber especially the tower cooler i got

You won't need lower temps on a CPU like that.

If you know it's going to be cool, what do you hope to accomplish?

 

It's already a low end, no power cpu.  

 

If you really want it cool, don't use it for much.
