Why does this turn like this

Make the column wider. There isn't room for the whole number. I'm guessing it has to do with your formatting. If I format everything below to the right and add a wide margin on the left side, it does need to be wider to not have the e+11etc showing.

Excel is using mathematic notation to shorten numbers that don't fit in the column.

 

Make the column wider.

 

You can also format the column as text, but you'll probably have to make it wider anyway.

Or make the data type into something-not-a-number ("text", or maybe "general")

Format the column as text, or add a QUOTE character ( ' ) in front of the digits, just in front  - the quote will force excel to treat the number as text entry but is ignored if you try to use it as a number in formulas or copy the number from the cell
