Need help with an anonymous website

Background:

I need to make a website that completely anonymously. But last time I've made a website was nearly 20years ago, and so much things has changed. It's very different from writing html and hitting preview over and over again. My capabilities are basically script kiddies level. So I'm guessing I need help. I've done a bit of research and have mostly an idea of what I should be doing. But might be wrong about certain stuff, and have a few questions needs answers to.

I'm open to suggestions and need all the help i can get now. Thankyou guys in advance.

Please correct me if you see any potential fk ups and things I've overlooked.

Current Plan:

So first I need to buy laptop locally with cash, use that for work and work only. also trade some crypto locally.

Get a new protonmail

Register a new VPN that accepts crypto

Connect to the internet via public wifi and use VPN

what are the safest place for this? libiary? Mcdonald's? Schools? Do I need a random number generator to decide where I would go to update the website?

Buy the domain and hosting via crypto, walk away if they need anymore information other than email and payment

Now the website part. I have been recommended that I should use wordpress. is it secure enough for what I need? should I hire someone to develop it from the scratch? how secure would that be?

I would need people to contact me and send me stuff for the website, should that be built into the web or leaving a new protonmail for incoming messages would be more secure?
(yes I know I'll need another laptop to check the incoming mail. never mix them, never do anything personal on those 2 laptops.)

the website will host pictures, but at times I would need to host short videos, most should be only a few minutes, never more than 10 min's long.

(I will convert everything I receive to different format)

Do I host the videos myself or just throw them on other websites with a link? I would need to keep updating those.

with time it will get too tedious and might compromise anonymity, what's my best approach here?

the website will keep on accumulating stuff like that, the whole point is to have it publicly available, so I can't just keep updating new ones and throwing out old ones.

other than a bitcoin donation link, is there any way that I could monetize the website to offset the cost?

How frequent should the website be backed up to avoid tampering?

Anything else I can do to stay anonymous?

Axe to the harddrive or axe to the SSD, which one would be less likely to have information pulled from it?
Feel like I'm missing parts of the plan, also feels like I have noting planned when things end up badly

what are some of the stories that I should read up on, the ones that goes into details about how law enforcements uncover anonymous identities like this, so I could learn from their mistakes?
any word of caution? advise?

there's countries where "legally" a company does not need to know who their customer is. that's where you need to search your hosting provider, there's businesses targeted at exactly what you want to do.

past that... IMO it feels like a process of "the more steps to the plan, the more potential fuckups can happen".

I've already got my eyes on a couple providers.

especially with two laptops. I can knee one or smash it on the corner of the desk real quick if need be. 2 will surely bring more problems.

but i really need a secure way to receive stuff. using the same laptop to update the website is just asking for trouble.

@ThousandBlade, I've removed the first paragraph. Its not required to get advice on this and is more likely to bring unwanted attention and trolling towards you. Do note that we don't support any illegal activities, but there are also legit reasons, so we don't (at this moment) see need to removal of this thread.
