A new work laptop

I need to buy a new work laptop for my father's friend who intends to run only Tally and browse the internet. That in itself is pretty light workload but the laptop should last for 5-7 years so here's some of my requirements:

 

1. What is your budget? 450-600 USD

2. What is the size of the notebook that you are considering? A larger screen size is preferred but not 13'' or less.

3. What screen resolution do you want? 1920*1080 or greater

5. How much battery life do you need? Not terribly important but of course shouldn't be awful.

8. How much storage (Hard Drive capacity) do you need? 256 GB or more SSD

9. If you are considering specific sites to buy from, please post their links. Anywhere is fine from America.

12. Please tell us about the brands that you prefer to buy from them and the brands that you don't like and explain the reasons. The company should have warranty in India as that is where it will be used.

13. What country do you live in? India. Buying from the USA.

14. Please tell us any additional information if needed. A longer warranty is preferred if multiple good options exist.

I'm looking for the exact caracteristics. I would like to have usb c to charge the laptop, a decent AMD processor and a screen arround 300 nits or less
