Budget (including currency): £1400-1500 excluding monitor

Country: UK

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: just all round gaming and school work

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): already have a mouse, keyboard and headset but need a good 1440p monitor. Just want a good spec for a pc because I don’t have a clue.

A little overbudget, but the GPU I found most tricky to find something that wasn't stupidly expensive, where even 3060 ti's were pretty pricy, at over 400.

That cpu doesn't come with a cooler, so one is required. That said, could go for a cheaper one to save money if needed. There some cheaper motherboards out there that could go with, Asrock being a brand that I'm partial towards, and with their Pro RS models I do have two of those (an X670E AMD one, and a B760 Intel one), and I think they're pretty good.

I’m not able to get Ethernet to my room so what options would there be to get WiFi in the pc. Also also what monitor would you recommend

This board down below comes with built in WiFi as does the DDR4 board I posted up above.

7700 + 3090 + 32gb 6000c32

Buy the 3090 used and look for the ones from germany that have no bids and ending really soon like the one i linked incase you dont get that one so less postage cost, just make sure you can return incase faulty, if you can then it is completely safe to buy used
