Pls help small form factor 1080p

Hi im looking to build a new pc as a stand in for a console but am having trouble finding a case specifically due to the form factor and parts I currently have, details:

Budget (including currency): £450GBP

Country: England

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: going to be used for general work and some casual sim gaming eg microsoft flight sim etc

Other details: i already have keyboard/mouse/controller also 16gb ram and a 550w atx psu <--(has caused problems when looking for case) Im going to use it with a 1080p 60hz TV and would like to put it under the tv cabinet which is h: 40cm w: 34cm L: 35cm

Edit: also anyone know a place to get real windows 10 keys that are not $100
