Ok thank you guys for the corrections, so changing to the Ryzen 5 5600 and a simpler 120mm cooler.

This left me with more cash for the GPU. So I found this:
an RX 6600 XT Challenger D 8G OC ASRock AMD Radeon, 8GB GDDR6, RDNA, Ray Tracing for R$2210

That would still fit budget making my total R$5855 + shipping.

Would this make sense or would I now be spending too much on GPU?

It makes perfect sense. The 6600-XT GPU pairs perfectly with the Ryzen 5600.

Budget (including currency): Around R$6000 (1.2k USD)

Country: Brazil

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: mostly games, I play lol, Valorant and CS but wanted to be able to run more demanding titles. Also streaming is something I'd like to do

Other details I've never built a PC before and have limited knowledge on setting up the software part of it, so I wish it to be as straight forward as possible. I'll look into peripherals later on, that said I would like a high refresh rate monitor with decent (but not specially high) resolution in the future.

1. Budget & Location

I'm in Brazil and that means not all top of the line parts are gonna be available, and if they are prices are going to be very high. My budget is around R$6k I'm down to up it a bit if needed, but If I could save a buck it would be preferred.

2. Why are you upgrading?

I only ever ran in not that good prebuilds and have my daily run on a laptop that is not really build to game even with minor upgrades I did to it. I always wanted to have a nice machine to game and now I saved up some money to build it.

What I had in mind:

Processor - AMD Ryzen 7 5800X

Price: R$1350

I want to go AMD and with my price range it seems that a Ryzen 7 is feasible, though I would like to get a Zen 3 chip I think it would get to expensive. I also consider picking up something with integrated video so I don't have to grab a Graphics Card right away.

Motherboard - Asus TUF Gaming B550M-PLUS Wi-Fi II

Price: R$1250

So this is one I don't really have much to comment on. I will need the Wifi option for the time being, when researching I found mostly A series motherboards and those don't seem to be very good in terms of upgradeability and resources. Motherboards also seem to be more expensive than they should around here.

RAM - Kingston Fury Beast, 8GB, 3200MHz, DDR4, CL16

Price: R$150

These have a nice discount I'm thinking of getting two even, but one stick is fine for now I think. I wouldn't mind upgrading it down the line too.

SSD - SSD 500GB WD Black SN750 SE, M.2, NVMe, PCIe Gen4, Read speed: 3600MB/s  Writing speed: 2000MB/s

Price: $220

So this is also with a discount, I'm want to have an M.2 and this seems like a nice option for it's price and has decent space as well so I don't have to always reinstall games that I want to play.

Power Supply - EVGA SuperNOVA 750 G5, 750W, 80 Plus Gold, Modular

Price: R$600

Might be overspec but again a nice bang for the buck that could let me upgrade later on.

Cooler - Noctua NH-D15

Price: R$910

Ok, so I know it's too much for a cooler, but I was told this will be a cooler that may last for several upgrades and the brand does live up to its fame.

Graphics Card - RX 550 Asus Phoenix AMD Radeon, 4GB, GDDR5

Price: R$800

Really unsure about this one but I couldn't find a RX 580 which would be my preference, not anything else with a reasonable price.

Case - Corsair Carbide Series Spec Delta, Mid-Tower

R$430

Went for this bc of reviews + price. I know I could potentially build in a smaller case with these components, but I would prefer to keep a mid size case for airflow/upgradeability.

Final price: R$5710 + shipping (around R$100)

I'm open to critics and wouldn't mind changing this whole build. Ty in advance.

Change up to this cpu.

https://www.amd.com/en/products/cpu/amd-ryzen-5-5600

Go cheaper on your cpu cooler as the cpu up above runs cool. A cheap 120mm single tower will do just fine.

With the money saved look for a better graphics card such as the RX 6600 8GB.

@B.techno

100% Agreed. Ryzen X-3D CPUs only matter if you are building a top-of-the-line extremely expensive PC like with an RTX 4080, 4090, or Radeon RX 7900-XTX.

All of these GPUs cost as much as your entire build. So don't worry about the X-3D CPUs.

I know your prices are terrible in Brazil, but here's a GTX 1650 that'll be 2x to 2.5x faster than an RX 550 for 45% higher price.
