Best additive for a distilled water, Nickle copper CPU and copper RADs with a Chrome-plated copper GPU?

I have always used distilled water and copper blocks with PT Nuke and a Silver Kill Coil Strip. The water has always been crystal clear but I guess they both stain or corrode the copper.

I could not get a plane copper block for the RTX4090. What is the best additive for a distilled water, Nickle copper CPU and copper RADs with a Chrome-plated copper GPU?

I was not wanting to redo the loop but it seems the radiators need to be replaced. After 10 years they have some small leaks.

I just got three of the Corsair Hydro X Series XR7 360mm radiators. I don't recall what the current ones are.

Chrome-plated copper GPU

Chrome plating is extremely resistant to corrosion/rust from water - It's commonly used in ships.
